We are glad to announce that the 8th International Symposium on Nitrides (ISNT) will be held in Wildbad Kreuth, Germany from 31.08.2014 to 05.09.2014. This Symposium is organized in conjuction with the 7th International Workshop on Spinel Nitrides and Related Materials and the Marie Curie ITN 7th Framework Programme FUNEA.
For this event we have chosen the Educational Center Wildbad Kreuth, located very close to the Lake Tegernsee, in the Bavarian Alps in southern Germany. In this link, you will find more information about the location: Wildbad-Kreuth
The symposium will cover a series of main session topics such as:
- Thermochemistry, Crystal Structure and Materials Modelling
- Novel Materials and Synthetic Approaches
- Silicon Nitride and SiAlON Ceramics
- Functional Nitrides for Energy and Environment
- Thin Films and Sintering, Processing
- Nitride-Based Glasses and Glass-Ceramics
Conference fee for this Symposium will be as follows:
• 500 € Regular Attendee
• 350 € Student Attendee*
* Copy of student school identification card is required
Conference registration fee includes technical sessions, welcome reception, poster reception, refreshment breaks, and Monday to Thursday lunch, dinner and one ticket to conference dinner.
